Explode! Fire Up Your Workouts

Not adhering to your workouts for your short term goals could have an ill effect on your long term success! Making each workout fun and challenging will keep you inspired.

If you are doing everything you can to complete your transformation and achieve your weight loss goal then igniting your workouts is the only way to be certain that you will lean out and lose weight.

Incorporate some of the tips I share with you to make sure your look forward to starting each workout!

Ok, so lets face it and just accept that facts that we all have trouble sticking to a regular scheduled workout routine. Its a tough thing to do but no one ever said this was going to be easy. Things happen but we have to persevere and make sure we are not missing anymore workouts than we can afford to. Your body is going to be sore, you are going to sweat  and your going to put in work but if you want the weight loss results this has to become a daily part of life. So what can you do to make sure your workouts are exploding everyday? Glad you asked, I will tell you


No.1: Get Social-ized

Getting  buddy or a workout partner is a great way to be held accountable and attend each weight loss workout session. Having a partner helps because not only are you in it for yourself but you are also there to support and motivate the other.

Working out with a friend is one of the best ways to stay involved. During your workouts, having someone there working with you toward the your goal will help push you when the going gets tough. Having a workout buddy could be the difference in lifting that one last rep that other wise wouldn't have gotten done or taking on that 10% incline on the treadmill for your brisk walk.

Now, here's my two cents worth. Make sure your workout partner actually challenges you! You don't have to necessarily have the same goals but you have need someone that can keep up with you!


No.2: Find Your Beat

Studies have linked workout intensity and music tempo. Think about it, music sets the moods in movies so it can do the same in your quest to lose love handles. Upbeat beats tend to equal a higher workout intensity so make sure you load your digital audio device with these songs.

In my opinion, music keeps me in an upbeat mood and helps take my mind off the workout. I don't sit there and think about what I ma doing, I just know it has to be done and I kick it into action. So jam out to get through those workouts and meet your goals.


No.3: Small Goals For Each Workout

We are all in it for the long term, but learn to set short term goals for each workout. This can be anything based on your last workout. If your weight training, this can be beating your 1 rep max or getting one more rep on the bench press than last week. This will help you stay focused and give you another reason to hit the gym besides the Body By Vi total transformation.

Completing these smaller goals will help build self confidence and the belief that you can actually conquer your goals. Its a daily reminder that you can do what you set your mind on doing.

Add each small workout goal up and the sum will be one awesome fitness and weight loss result!
